The least visible contrast is in the monochromacy image, but this affects an estimated 0.001 to 0.0033 percent of the population. It might, in fact, be harder for them to see the default skulk because it is more likely to blend in to surroundings because of less contrast within the skin. Keeping in mind that there are varying degrees of colorblindness and those who are affected wouldn't necessarily find it any harder to see shadow skulks. In all cases, the contrasting lines on the shadow skulk are visible and in the case of blue-blindness the dark areas of the skulk actually become lighter. Well, I made a handy gallery showing skulks the way most people see them and how those who are colorblind might see them. You argue that someone who is colorblind would have a harder time seeing shadow skulks. Darker skins will stick out more in powered rooms or outdoor areas which is where most engagements take place. A majority of the time playing, however, is not in these situations. You contest that a shadow skulk is advantageous because it's darker and thus harder to see in darker spots and rooms without power. The ability for a person to notice an object is based on the contrast to it's surroundings.
So let's focus on facts and not opinions! Well of course it is! Opinions not rooted in facts cannot by definition be wrong. I believe the problem with your approach is stating your opinion and asking other people if it's valid.
